  7. Very good info, thank you – I have disphagia, which basically means that I have problems swallowing food do to my connective tissue disorder, so I am constantly worried about not getting enough nutrition. I will look out for these symptoms, and talk to my doctor about it. Thanks – blessings!

  8. This is such great info! I didn’t know I had a magnesium deficiency until my last pregnancy. I take a supplement and eat lots of spinach weekly! It’s made a huge difference for me!
